Laxyo has entered the field of fabrication and erection of structural steel works commencing with Power House, Mill Bay and other miscellaneous structures for power plant. Structure Steel Fabrication work also includes Boilers and Turbine building work for Power Plants. Laxyo has expertise in on site Fabrication and Erection of Structures including platforms, handrails, walkways, gratings, Ducts, Stacks, Flues, Bins, Hoppers, Tanks and Low Pressure Vessels, Pipes, fittings and supports. Painting including Sand Blasting of the fabricated structure is part of the job. Erection of the fabricated structures as per approved drawing after complete alignment of the erected structure and execution of Pipe Line work both underground and outdoor pipeline are regular works attended by Laxyo. Similar fabrication and erection of structural steel works for international airports are being successfully executed by Laxyo.

Laxyo follows various types of erection methodologies including conventional erection methods such as direct method by Tower/Mobile cranes, manual erection, Temporary towers using standard and non-standard modules etc. and innovative erection technologies such as Strand-Jack System, Sliding methods, Temporary Bridge platform and Launching techniques.
Laxyo offers complete machine shop and fabrication services. Customer’s needs for machining center, turning, boring mill, grinding, welding, and fabrication can all be accomplished in our shop. Further Laxyo has dedicated engineering team to carry out the temporary erection engineering to facilitate the erection of large and complicated structures by special erection methods.

The procurement of bulk Materials like Steel Structures, Transformers, Circuit Breaker and other Protection Equipments including control and monitoring panels are effectively done by a group of dedicated and professional engineers. Laxyo provides priority attention for total material management with computerized programming resulting in synchronization of works of fabrication, erection and related Civil and Construction works.

Laxyo has a significant presence in the field of transmission and distribution of electrical energy. It offers a complete range of service on supply, execution, testing & commissioning of electrical overhead / under ground system up to 33 KV. Erection of towers, transmission lines and switchyard equipments is being carried along with Rural Electrification Projects for Madhya Pradesh Government.
Laxyo provides services like Testing and commissioning of HT/LT Cables, Fault Finding and Rectification of HT/LT Cables, Motor installation including commissioning etc. Laxyo provides Procurement and Installation of Transformer, Sub-Stations, Distribution Transformer Centers for various power distribution purposes for Industries and Townships etc. Laxyo also provides Procurement and Installation of Overhead Power Distribution Lines 11 Kv and 33Kv for energy transmission purpose and EPC Contracts for complete Switchyard up to 132Kv.
